Resist the Slave Mind

Most men are slaves.
Not by chains or masters — but by their own will.

They wake up and grab their phone. Scroll. Click. Scroll. Click. Before their feet even touch the floor, they’ve already surrendered their mind. Drowned in digital noise. Dopamine-drunk. Consuming trash that adds nothing to their life — only dulls the spark that could’ve made them great.

TikTok. Instagram. YouTube. Pornhub. Newsfeeds.
A conveyor belt of mental junk food — pumping sewage into the sacred spring of the mind. And we wonder why men are anxious, distracted, and weak.

Listen.

Your mind is a fortress. Or at least, it should be.
But most men leave the gates wide open.

They let everything pour in — outrage bait, gossip, softcore porn disguised as “content,” news about strangers doing things that don’t affect them in the slightest. They think being “informed” is noble. But they’re not informed — they’re infected.

If it doesn’t serve your growth, your mission, your peace — it has no place in your head.

Every image. Every headline. Every song lyric. They’re all seeds.
And seeds grow.
They shape your worldview, your focus, your confidence, your soul.

You must become ruthlessly selective about what enters your mind.
You are the gatekeeper. No one else.

Because make no mistake — this world profits from your distraction.
It wants you docile, addicted, and easy to control.

But not you.

You are not a consumer.
You are a builder.
A protector.
A creator.

That requires clarity.
And clarity begins with this:

Resist the slave mind.
